Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original House of Koyomi boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
